Low Cost In-Line Range – All Kits Supplied With Cable Connectors
- Low cost, high quality straight through Torpedo cable joints ® for colour to colour in-line cable jointing only
- Supplied as complete kits with all necessary components required to make off a cable joint, including 4 British Standard tested flared end non-indent crimp connectors
- All Torpedo cable joints ® are supplied complete with the Birkett premium earth continuity kit tested to screen short circuit requirements of BS EN 50393
- Transparent shells manufactured from a combination of high impact thermoforming rigid PVC and precision injection moulded polycarbonate
- Mixing of a high performance 2 part polurethane resin in a transparent, totally enclosed extremely safe handling single Swishpak®
- When cured the joint provides excellent mechanical strength and is completely waterproof surpassing IP67
- Tested for safe use by the Health and Safety Executive. All traces of hardener are eliminated after mixing ensuring that the Swishpak® can be disposed of as non-hazardous waste

As standard all Torpedo® in-line kits are supplied with crimp type connectors to suit the maximum 4 core cable configuration.
The kits will accommodate the cable sizes shown but the cable size must be advised when ordering to ensure correct sized crimps are supplied.
