Independently tested to international standard IEC 61238-1 and C79. Designed for use in cable jointing kits. IEC 61238-1 tested mains sraight (MC70, MC95, MC120, MC185, MC300 and MC400) , mains branch (BC70, BC120, BC185, BC300 and BC400) and service (SC70, SC120, SC185, SC300 and SC400) shear bolt mechanical connectors available. Designed for use in cable jointing kits on copper and/or aluminium conductors.

TESTED TO IEC 61238-1

The Birkett range of IEC 61238-1 tested patented shear bolt mechanical connectors are suitable for both copper and aluminium conductors in both paper insulated and polymeric cables up to 400mm sq.
